1. Are You Using A Compatible Browser?
DESKTOPS & LAPTOPS
We support the three most recent versions of Google's Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We also support Microsoft Edge, which has only one version. WE DO NOT SUPPORT INTERNET EXPLORER.
MOBILE DEVICES (SMART PHONES & TABLETS)
Our site is compatible with the Google Chrome mobile browser on Android devices AND the Apple Safari mobile browser on iOS.
Android - We support Google's Chrome browser on devices running Jelly Bean 4.1 or higher. Many Android devices use a non-Chrome browser by default. Browsers other than Chrome aren't supported on our site unfortunately. You can find out which version of Android you're using by visiting Check your Android version.
iOS - We support the latest public version of iOS. Previous versions of iOS may have limited support for some features. Please ensure your iOS version is up to date.
2. ARE YOU SCROLLING TO THE TOP/BOTTOM OF YOUR BROWSER PAGE?
There have been a handful of clients who've not been able to find the "cart" after they've added their products. We can hear them scream, "Where is it!?!"
Good news though, if you will scroll to the top (in most cases) or bottom you should see the black "cart" button to click on.
